Kwandisa Construction is committed to providing quality workmanship and the timely completion of our projects.

All projects are overseen by our hands-on contract managers and construction supervisors. We believe that our high standard of quality and workmanship is a direct result of the high level of supervision we provide. This is achieved by the dedicated involvement of the company’s management team in every project that we undertake.

We have an extensive network of well-qualified, experienced, and reliable sub-contractors that share Kwandisa’s vision to deliver quality workmanship on time.

Kwandisa Construction was formed by Federico De Gregorio with a focus on large residential, commercial, and filling station developments. Our services range from small maintenance projects to full “turnkey” solutions which include the design, budgeting, programming, and implementation of the project.

The company has grown significantly in the last five years and currently employs 60 people on a full-time basis.

Managing Director Curriculum Vitae: Federico De Gregorio

Federico has National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He has also completed a number of courses including Project Management, JBCC 2000 Series of Contracts, Construction Safety, and Hot Work Permits for working on Fillings Station Forecourts.

After completing his studies, Federico spent his early career in the electrical engineering field specialising in production and project management. Federico joined Sasol in 1996 initially as Senior Project Engineer: Engineering Services, responsible for commercial and industrial installation of Sasol Blue Pumps. He was promoted to Engineering Manager Property Development in 1999. In this role he was responsible for the rollout of new Sasol service stations, knock down and rebuilds, and the maintenance of the entire Sasol filling station network.

In the 10 years as Engineering Manager Property Development Federico managed teams of Architects, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and contractors that built over 350 Sasol and Excel Filling stations. Federico represented Sasol Oil at the South African Oil Industries Associations (SAPIA) for Engineering and Environmental matters and was the chairman of the South African Oil Industries Engineering and Environmental Committee in 2006, 2007 and re-elected in 2009.

In April 2010 Federico started Kwandisa Construction and has been running the company since its inception.

Concrete and Civil Works Specialist: Brenton Bokelmann

Benton Bokelmann has been working with Kwandisa since 2014. He specializes in civil works, which vary from small residential, raft foundations to bulk earthworks for conference centers and shopping centers, etc. Brenton also has experience with large stormwater pipe installations as associated work.

LEVEL 3 Contributor to B-BBEE

Our B-BBEE status is currently level 3 and is valid until 19 June 2023. We are actively working to improve our BEE status for the 2024 period.
